One page per image, no watermark
Each PNG becomes one page, sized to the pixel dimensions of the image, so nothing is scaled down or cropped. The pages follow the order of the thumbnails, which you can change by dragging. The PDF has nothing added to it: no watermark and no footer.
It works well for screenshots, scanned signatures, diagrams and exported graphics, which are often saved as PNG.
When PNG is the right source
PNG is common for screenshots, logos and drawings, where sharp edges matter. Putting those into a PDF makes them easier to send, print and archive as one document instead of a folder of images.
Keep in mind that a PDF page made from an image is a picture: the text in it is not selectable or searchable. If you need searchable text, start from the original document instead.
Tips and common problems
Pages take the size of each image, so images of different sizes give pages of different sizes. If you want a uniform result, resize the images first. Large PNG files make large PDFs; run the result through Compress PDF if you need to email it.
